Forth is excellent - very meticulous and took the time to discuss what would suit me. I ended up with a really nice haircut and beard trim. Very happy and will definitely be back!

Forth is a Hair styling specialist. Her technical understanding is what put her in a class of her own. She understands hair types, structural profile, structural behaviour and how your hair will respond to whatever style you require. Go in, build some rapport over a cut and become a regular client. That’s what i’ll be doing. Stop wasting your time on people who have no idea what they are doing and book in with Forth or the crew at Flute and Whistle. ps - this place is levels above anywhere else in Auckland.

There’s no barber/stylist/designer/creativity like Forth. The vibes in Whistle & Flute are immaculate every time. A life customer 💪🏼

Really happy with my haircut with Forth! Forth spent some time at the beginning listening to what I’d been enjoying about my longer hair and talking through what I might like going forward. They also took time to get a feel for my hair and head shape, with thoughtful explanations of the thinking throughout the cut, which I really appreciated. It's probably the most considered I’ve ever felt going into a haircut, and that care made both the experience and end result so much better. Lovely to talk to, with a great balance of conversation and comfortable silence. Definitely will be back 🙏🏻
