Had an appointment at The Salon yesterday and sadly Summer was ill but immediately Martha contacted me and made me an appointment with Shailey who did my hair lovely. Thought this was amazing !.All the girls are beautiful people and nothing is too much to ask. Have been going there a very long time and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else , you are made welcome and they are all more like friends than just your hairdresser. The treatments they offer are endless too. Thank you ladies xxx

Fabulous bouncy blow dry by Lucy. All stylists are fantastic at this salon. Last time Lucy did my hair it bounced for a week. Weather may be a challenge this week. Thx Lucy very pleased.

Came in on the 1st August, it was my birthday and I had a lovely time with my lovely Mellissa and my lovely Gracie and the lovely Rhianna. I consider them friends, not just a salon I visit to get my hair done. Please employ Gracie as she is a real addition to the team and the atmosphere of the salon. Mellissa as always transforms my hair and has made me love my hair again. I will continue to come to Cut Loose for ever!! Fantastic time by me and I feel so at home there I really do ❤️

Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊
