Came in on the 1st August, it was my birthday and I had a lovely time with my lovely Mellissa and my lovely Gracie and the lovely Rhianna. I consider them friends, not just a salon I visit to get my hair done. Please employ Gracie as she is a real addition to the team and the atmosphere of the salon. Mellissa as always transforms my hair and has made me love my hair again. I will continue to come to Cut Loose for ever!! Fantastic time by me and I feel so at home there I really do ❤️

Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

With Mellissa and as always makes me feel so welcome and so special as she works her magic on my hair. The salon has such a friendly and warm atmosphere I always feel like I am with my friends. Mellissa, Gracie and Rhianna are truly lovely people. My daughters had their hairs cut by Kerry and Leah. They wanted a complete restyle with layers and face framing and left the salon OBSESSED with their hairs. Kerry and Leah were both so friendly, polite, professional and they listened to exactly what the girls wanted. I would definitely recommend this salon. My girls have asked if we can come to this salon every time now
