Training for more than 20yrs but I found Matt 1 year ago. Disappointed that I didn’t find Matt sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted so many years doing the wrong things! Not only changed my body composition but undid all my bad habits, corrected my form so I now train without getting injured and also hit the correct targeted muscle for the exercise being executed. An absolute investment worth spending on yourself. He’s a man mountain who knows his craft and practice what he preaches. Super friendly and very approachable.

I can’t recommend P.W.N. highly enough. I used thd leg compression therapy at the gym for the first time, and it was such a positive experience. The staff helped me get set up, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable. As a first-time user, I really appreciated the time and care they took. After a tough workout, my legs felt heavy and tight, and within minutes of starting the session I could feel the difference. The compression was incredibly relaxing by the end of my 1 hour session, my legs felt noticeably lighter, less sore, and much more refreshed. .

I booked a massage with Kimberly after weeks of marathon training and a hectic routine where recovery had definitely slipped to second place. Kimberly listened carefully to what I was struggling with and spent the entire session focusing exactly on the areas I needed. I walked out feeling those seriously sore muscles already softer and relieved. I’ll definitely be booking more sessions throughout my training. When life gets busy, these recovery moments are truly priceless. Highly recommend!

I tried the CM Slim machine on Tuesday and was so impressed that I signed up for the membership the very next day! Megan is not only knowledgeable but also very relatable, which made me feel at ease. Since I’m recovering from a back injury and can’t do strenuous exercises just yet, this treatment feels like the perfect way to wake my muscles back up. I felt great the next day, which sealed the deal for me. Excited to see how much progress I’ll make over the next 8 weeks—hoping this will be the kickstart I need to get back into my gym journey!

I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

Love having recovery on site at the gym. Means we can get in a huge sesh then head upstairs to chill out OR get a great sweat on in the sauna before going downstairs to throw some weight around. Just got home and already booking my next sesh!

Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I’ve been seeing Jase for the past 6 months and every massage has been excellent. His technique feels like the perfect mix of deep tissue massage and physio. He finds and works out the knots really well. I would highly recommend if you’re after a massage focused on recovery, Jase would have to be one of the best in Perth.

Darcy was so knowledgeable and was able to target all areas that I was having problems with. Arrived feeling like I could barely move and was locked up with so much stiffness and pain, left with every single thing resolved and felt like I'd slept for a week! Would give more stars if I could! Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and immediately knew I was in experienced, professional hands. I had an amazing session with Brad from Yutori Breathwork based at Exhale Yamba. I did a performance based breathwork session to help me improve my cardio & gym training. We started outdoors & went through several practical breathing exercises to help control my heart rate via breath as well as an exercise to energise myself. Brad provided great background information to support what I was putting into practice. We finished off indoors with calming breathing techniques to help me to relax more & improve my day to day breath. Thank you a wonderful session.

Recovery Culture is my favourite place in mount isa! It’s got everything I need to recover from either a hard workout or just a chilled recovery day. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and always make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re passing through Isa or if you’re a local 😊

Really good massage and technique. The space is comfortable too as I was a bit apprehensive being within the gym but the space was set up very well. Will definitely return!
