Pilates with Natasha is an intimate boutique reformer Pilates studio offering personalised 1:1 private, 2:1 semi-private and 3:1 small group sessions. Our studio welcomes every body, at every fitness level. Whether you’re a complete beginner, intermediate or advanced, each session is tailored to support your individual needs and goals. Our classes are suitable for pre and postnatal women, as well as clients working through injury, rehabilitation or simply wanting to build strength, confidence and connection through movement.
