How raising a sale on Fresha works
Managing your sales through Fresha keeps your entire business connected. Each transaction automatically updates your reports and client records, giving you accurate insights and a clear view of how your business is performing.
Raising a sale is quick and simple, whether you’re creating a new sale or checking out an existing appointment. Payments are recorded instantly, and thank-you messages can be sent automatically to clients, helping you save time while delivering a smooth experience.
Raise a sale
- Open an existing appointment from your calendar.
- In the right panel of the appointment view, click on the Checkout button at the bottom.
- You can also:
- Add more items to the cart using the Add to cart button in the right panel.
- Click on Quick actions (three dots) at the bottom of the right panel, where you'll find options to Apply a discount to the whole cart or individual services and Adjust service charges.
- You can also:
- In the left panel of the payment view, select a payment method from the options.
- Click on the Pay now button at the bottom to complete the sale.
Once the payment is processed, a sale receipt is created, which you can share with the client by email or print.
You can use a barcode scanner to quickly add products to the cart. The scanned barcode must match the barcode added to the product in your workspace.
To create a new sale, click on the Add button in the Calendar toolbar, then select Sale. This creates a standalone sale that isn't linked to an existing appointment.
