Understand your personal wallet
Stay on top of your finances by tracking transfers to your personal wallet. Learn how to view your most recent transfers and payouts, as well as manage your wallet settings for better control over your earnings.
Getting started
Before you begin managing your personal wallet, make sure you've completed these steps:
- Check that that your workplace has activated the Team Pay add-on. This is needed for receiving payments in your personal wallet.
- Complete the setup process for your personal wallet through Fresha.
Understanding wallet activity
In your personal wallet, you'll find details about your most recent payment transfers and any associated fees. Additionally, you can manage and view several key aspects of your wallet:
- Wallet balance:
Your total and available balances are displayed at the top of your personal wallet. Click Info for a detailed breakdown of the total, available, and pending balances. - Account activity:
This section provides a detailed view of your payouts and payment activities, categorized by Payout release, Fresha transfer fee, and Fresha transfer (with the location name listed). - Bank accounts:
Your verified default bank account is where all Fresha payouts are sent. You can update your bank account anytime by clicking the three-dot icon and selecting Edit bank account. - Wallet settings:
Here, you can set up Transfer authorization, requiring your account password to authorize any money transfers from your wallet.
Click on any transfer to view more details, and use the Filter option under Activity to see all transfers within a selected date range.
