In this guide, you’ll learn how to deactivate inactive merchants in your workspace.
Deactivate a merchant in your workspace
- From the Team members list click on Actions next to the team member's name, then select Edit to update their profile.

- Select Merchant account from the left menu panel.

- Disable the toggle next to Merchant account to deactivate the merchant's profile.

- Click on the Save button in the top right to update the team member's profile.
Once deactivated, the merchant’s profile becomes a standard team member profile. Payments are processed through your workspace, and the merchant is notified that their agreement is inactive. To reactivate their existing merchant profile, follow the same steps to send a new invite.
FAQs
If a merchant is no longer active or is taking an extended leave, you can archive or delete their profile in your workspace. Archiving removes them from your schedule and prevents new bookings, while keeping their past records for reference.
