Create direct links
Learn how to create targeted links for different areas of your business and share them whenever you need on your website, social media or as a QR code.
About Direct links
Direct links make it easy to promote specific parts of your business by taking clients directly to where they can book or make purchases. Once created, you can share your link at an time on social media or as a QR code.
There are two types of links you can share:
- Standard links: Ready-made links to the main areas of your business. These are created automatically and stay the same, so they're always available to share.
- Custom links: Create your own links to promote specific parts of your business, such as an individual service or package. Create as many as you need and update them at any time without changing the link itself.

From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Online presence.
-
In the left menu panel, select Direct links to open the list of your standard and custom links.

Your link is ready. Either share it now as a link or QR code or click Close and return to your Direct links homepage.
Your new link appears in the Custom links section of your Direct links page, ready to copy and share whenever you need it. Whenever anyone click on your link, they will be taken directly to the page you have set up.
Manage a custom link
You can change what a custom link includes at any time. The link stays the same, so it keeps working everywhere you’ve shared it and doesn’t affect how clients use it.
-
On the custom link you want to manage, click on the arrow next to Open link.

-
From the dropdown list, choose how you want to manage the link:
- Edit: In the pop-up, change the link type, name or any of your customizations. Click Save to apply your changes.
- Rename: Quickly change the name of the link in the pop-up and click Save to apply.
- Pin link: Keep certain links at the top of your Custom links list to easily find them. To unpin a link, click on the arrow again and select Unpin link.
- Archive: Remove a link from your active list. Archived links keep working, but they stop recording views, bookings, and sales. To unarchive a link, click on Filters and select Archived to open your list of archived links. Then click on the arrow next to Open link and select Unarchive. Your link moves back to your active list, ready to edit and share.
- Permanently delete: Remove a custom link from your list. The link will still work but clients who open it are taken to your full instead.

Share a link
You can share a standard link or custom link you have previously created at any time from your Direct links homepage.
-
On the link you want to share, click on the arrow next to Open link.

-
From the dropdown, choose how you want to share the link:

- Copy link: The link copies, allowing you to paste it wherever you want to share it, for example on social media or on your website.
- Copy QR code: In the pop-up, select whether your code is black or white. Then click Copy or Download to choose how to share it. You can print it on business cards, flyers, or your salon window.
