How text message blast campaigns work
Text blast campaigns let you send a one-time text message to a selected group of clients to share quick updates or promote special offers. You can choose who receives your message by selecting client groups or applying filters, helping you reach the right audience at the right time.
Before sending a campaign, make sure a payment method is added to your billing details. If you’re a team member, you’ll also need Marketing permission from the account owner to create and send text message blast campaigns.
