Update your billing details and payment method
Keep your business on track by keeping your billing details and payment methods current. Learn how to update this information in your account to prevent any interruptions in your monthly bills and one-time payments for services like blast campaigns and automatic top-ups.
Getting started
To add your billing and payment details to your account, you'll need to have the following details to hand:
- The billing address for your business.
- The payment card details used for your business.
Adding payment details
Payment methods cannot be removed once added to your account however, they can be updated at any time.
- Desktop
- Mobile
To add and update your payment method:
- Open Workspace settings, select Billing then Billing details.
- Under Payment methods, select Manage.
- From your business wallet, click Add now or select the three dots by your card and select Update.
- Add or adjust your billing details and click Next step.
- Enter your new card details.
- Click Save.
To add and update your payment method:
- Open Workspace settings, select Billing then Billing details.
- Next to Payment methods, select Manage.
- From your business wallet, tap Payment methods.
- Then select the three dots by your card and select Update.
- Add or adjust your billing details and tap Apply.
- Enter your new card details.
- Tap Save.
You can also add or update your payment method by clicking on your business wallet icon, selecting Payment methods and Add now.
Adding billing details
It's important to make sure your billing details are always up to date as we’ll use these when processing your monthly invoices and charging you for any one-off payments, such as blast campaigns and automatic top-ups.

To add and update your billing details:
- Open Workspace settings, select Billing then Billing details.
- Under Billing address, select Edit.
- Use the Account type dropdown to select either Individual/ Self-employed or Company.
- Enter your name. If you are using company billing details, enter your Business name too.
- Add your full business address.
- Enter your Tax/VAT number.
- Click Save.
To add and update your billing details:
- Open Workspace settings, select Billing then Billing details.
- Under Billing address, select Edit.
- Use the Account type dropdown to select either Individual/ Self-employed or Company.
- Enter your name. If you are using company billing details, enter your Business name too.
- Add your full business address.
- Enter your Tax/VAT number.
- Tap Save.
