Getting started

Selling products in-store allows you to complete transactions directly with clients by simply creating a new sale. If you’re a team member:

  • Request permission from the workspace owner for Can check out sales.

Selling products in-store

To sell products in-store:

  1. Open the Calendar.
  2. Click Add and select Sale.
  3. From the client card, click Add client to add a new client, select an existing client, or leave it empty for a walk-in.
  4. Choose the products to sell by using the search bar to find items in your inventory or by browsing through Products by category.
  5. Follow the next steps to complete the sale.

To sell products in-store:

  1. Open the Calendar.
  2. Tap the (+) in the centre bar and select Sale.
  3. From the client card, tap Add client to add a new client, select an existing client, or leave it empty for a walk-in.
  4. Tap Add item to cart, then scroll across tab options and open the Products tab.
  5. Choose the products to sell by using the search bar to find items in your inventory or by browsing through Products by category.
  6. Follow the next steps to complete the sale.
