Bulk edit retail and supplier prices
Streamline your pricing updates across multiple products at once. Learn how to bulk edit retail and supplier prices, ensuring consistent and accurate pricing throughout your inventory.
Getting started
Before bulk editing your product list, make sure you have the required permissions. If you’re a team member:
- Request permission from the workspace owner for Products and Perform bulk operations.
Editing retail prices in bulk
To bulk edit retail prices:
- Open Catalog and select Products.
- Select the products you want to bulk edit.
- Click Bulk edit, then choose Edit retail price.
- Under Choose action, select one of the following:
- Increase price:
Raise the current retail prices of the selected products. - Decrease price:
Lower the current retail prices of the selected products. - Set a fixed price:
Apply a uniform price across all selected products.
- Increase price:
- Enter the amount as a percentage or a specific amount to complete the action.
- Click Update and reconfirm to proceed.
You can also check the box next to Product name to select all products at once.
Editing supplier prices in bulk
To bulk edit supplier prices:
- Open Catalog and select Products.
- Select the products you want to bulk edit.
- Click Bulk edit, then choose Edit supplier price.
- Under Choose action, select one of the following:
- Increase price:
Raise the current supply prices of the selected products. - Decrease price:
Lower the current supply prices of the selected products. - Set a fixed price:
Apply a uniform price across all selected products.
- Increase price:
- Enter the amount as a percentage or a specific amount to complete the action.
- Click Update and reconfirm to proceed.
