Fresha keeps all the details of a client in one place, so you can quickly find what you need, whether it's past appointments, documents, or payment history. In this lesson, I'll walk you through the key sections inside a client's full profile.
The first thing you'll see in a client's profile is an overview that gives you a snapshot of their past activity.
Now let's break down each of the areas inside the profile
In appointments, you'll find the client's full appointment history, including any upcoming ones. Just click on one to see more details. Under sales, you'll find all of the client's purchases and refunds. Opening a sale works from here too.
Over here, you can view and edit the client's personal details, including contact information and notification preferences. Under items, you'll see all the particular products and services that the client has purchased. It's a handy way to see things without having to open each sale.
All your clients notes, files, and attachments are stored under documents. Just expand the section to access them. For example, under client notes, you might want to add details like color formulas.
When you add an image to a note like this, it'll also save under your files. Here you can upload and store anything you need that's related to the client, like before and after pictures, scans, and spreadsheets.
If you're capturing client forms through Fresha, for example, consent agreements, consultations, or questionnaires, you can find them here. You can easily review, manage, and even complete them on the spot.
If your client has a payment card saved on file or any gift cards, you'll find them here under the wallet section. This is where you can also see a balance of any deposits collected, plus any rewards they have.
What's great is you can add rewards directly from here too. Just click on actions to add a reward like this. This allows you to give freebies or discounts to use on their next visit.
If you've set up a client loyalty program with Fresha, all of the clients progress can be found in their profile. You'll see their points, balance, current tier, and any referrals here. This is where you can make manual adjustments like adding points or changing tiers.
All of the ratings and reviews left by the client are collected in one place. You can find them right here and even respond to them.
