Right here are the client's key contact details, along with a quick view of whether they've got a payment card saved on file. If a client is brand new to your business, a label shows up like this until they complete their first appointment.
And if a client has ever missed an appointment, that shows too. A no-show label appears here based on their entire appointment history. These smart indicators are a great way to stay one step ahead.
And if you've got a client loyalty program that shows too. Their loyalty tier and points balance are visible at a glance, making it easy to spot those who are top clients.
And those clients who have active memberships or packages? They also show right here.
Plus, there's space for important details that help you provide a personalized experience for your clients.
