Adding clients to your list and filling out their profiles keeps everything you need in one centralized place. In this lesson, I'll show you how quick and easy it is to create a new client profile.
Adding new clients straight from the calendar takes just seconds to complete. When booking an appointment, just click on Add Client here within the appointment and choose to create a new one.
Outside of booking, you can always add clients directly from your client list. When adding a new client, all that's required is their name, but we recommend adding a phone number and email too. It unlocks features like automated messages, promotions, and client loyalty benefits.
You can even add their birthday to send special offers or exclusive details. The more details you add, the more you can personalize their experience.
Over here, you can also add important details like the client's address and emergency contacts.
Next, let's customize the client settings to keep track of their preferences.
Under settings, there are options to manage how the clients want to be notified about their appointments, be it by text, email, or both. You can also manage marketing preferences so clients only receive the updates they're comfortable with and have agreed to.
Once everything's set, hit save. The profile will be assigned to the appointment and will automatically appear in your main client list.
