Configure each day of the week with customized shifts with the flexibility to incorporate breaks and split shifts. Let your schedule run itself by choosing how often you want it to repeat and when it ends.
In this lesson, I’ll dive into just how easy scheduling can be. Setting up shifts for your team sets the availability for when appointments can be booked.
Before we start, you’ll want to make sure you have all your team members added. So under “Team,” let’s go to “Scheduled Shifts.” Let’s add some regular shifts for our head stylist, Ben Adams, by clicking the pencil icon. Start by choosing how often you want the schedule to repeat, when it will start, and when it should end. Over here, select the days your team member will be working and adjust the start and end times.
You can also add multiple shifts per day. This will let you break up the day for things like lunch. Once you're happy with the shifts, save them and repeat the process for the rest of your team. You can also add time off without affecting the regular schedule.
And now you have everything in place to start taking appointments. Remember, keep this up to date for whenever there are changes to your schedule, as it will be the central dashboard for you and your team.
