Create a personal account
Begin your journey with Fresha by setting up your personal account to hold and manage all of your key information in one place. Learn how to create an account and connect to your social logins for easier access.
Getting started
Creating an account with Fresha is the very first thing you’ll need to do. To help speed up this process we recommend downloading the Fresha partner app and having the following details to hand:
- Your mobile phone - you'll be sent a verification code.
- Your business details including your website and business address.
Creating an owner account
When you create an account on Fresha via the Business page, you'll automatically be the owner of a new workspace. If you want to join an existing workspace, the current owner has to invite you.
Sign up using email
- Desktop
- Mobile
To create a personal account using an email address:
- Open the Fresha for Business sign-up page.
- Enter your business email address and click Continue to confirm.
- Enter your first and last name, create a password, and enter your mobile number. You can also update the country if needed.
- Add the following details:
- First and last name:
Add your name as you want it to appear under your personal account. - Password:
Create a new secure password for your account. - Mobile number:
This will be the contact number you need to verify your account with. - Country:
Select Edit to update the country to match your business location, as this information cannot be changed after your account is created.
- First and last name:
- Check the box to agree to Fresha’s policies and terms.
- Select Create account.
- Follow the steps to verify your mobile number using the 4-digit verification code.
- Add your Business name and website (optional).
- From the options choose your primary service type and up to three more related services.
- Select the option that best reflects the size of your team so we can set up your calendar.
- Add your business location or check the box if you don’t have one.
- Confirm which software you're currently using if any.
- Select how you heard about Fresha.
- Click Done.
To create a personal Fresha account using an email address:
- Open the Fresha for Business sign-up page and select Get Started.
- Enter your business email address and tap Continue to confirm.
- Enter your first and last name, create a password, and enter your mobile number. You can also update the country if needed.
- Add the following details:
- First and last name:
Add your name as you want it to appear under your personal account. - Password:
Create a new secure password for your account. - Mobile number:

The mobile number you provide when signing up will also be used as the location’s contact number.
Sign up using Facebook, Google or Apple

For easier sign-up, you can create a personal account using Facebook, Google or Apple logins:
- Open the Fresha for Business sign-up page.
- Click on Continue with either Facebook, Google, or Apple.
- Follow the steps when prompted to confirm the login details.
- Review and confirm the information populated is correct and add your mobile number.
- Check the box to agree to Fresha’s policies and terms.
- Click Join Fresha.
- Add your Business name and website (optional).
- From the options choose your primary service type and up to three more related services.
- Select the option that best reflects the size of your team so we can set up your calendar.
- Add your business location or check the box if you don’t have one.
- Confirm which software you're currently using if any.
- Select how you heard about Fresha.
- Click Done.
For easier sign-up, you can create a Fresha personal account using Facebook, Google or Apple logins:
- Open the Fresha for Business sign-up page and select Get Started.
- Tap on Continue with either Facebook, Google, or Apple.
- Follow the steps when prompted to confirm the login details.
- Review and confirm the information populated is correct and add your mobile number.
- Check the box to agree to Fresha’s policies and terms.
- Tap Join Fresha.
- Add your Business name and website (optional).
- From the options choose your primary service type and up to three more related services.
- Select the option that best reflects the size of your team so we can set up your calendar.
- Add your business location or check the box if you don’t have one.
- Confirm which software you're currently using if any.
- Select how you heard about Fresha.
- Tap Done.
Your Facebook, Google, or Apple logins can only be linked to one Fresha account.
Creating a team member account
If you're new to Fresha and looking to join an existing workspace, you'll need to create your personal account through an email invite sent from the business owner.
Sign up using email

To create a personal team member account using an email address:
- Open your inbox for the email address you provided to the business owner.
- From the email invitation, select Accept invite.
- Your email address will be pre-populated on the sign-up page. Click Continue.
- Review and confirm the information populated is correct and add your mobile number.
- Check the box to agree to Fresha’s policies and terms.
- Click Join Fresha.
To create a personal team member account using an email address:
- Open your inbox for the email address you provided to the business owner.
- From the email invitation, select Accept invite.
- Your email address will be pre-populated on the sign-up page. Tap Accept Invite.
- Review and confirm the information populated is correct and add your mobile number.
- Check the box to agree to Fresha’s policies and terms.
- Tap Join Fresha.
Sign up using Facebook, Google or Apple

For easier sign up as a team member, you can create a personal account using Facebook, Google or Apple logins:

Connecting your social logins
You can link your social logins to your personal account at any time for quicker sign-in.
- Desktop
- Mobile
To link your social logins:
- Open your profile by clicking on the avatar icon.
- Select Settings and scroll down to Social logins.
- Click Connect next to the Facebook, Google, or Apple account you want to link to.
- Follow the steps when prompted to confirm the login details.
Once confirmed, you'll see a message letting you know your account has been successfully connected.
To link your social logins:
- Open your profile by tapping on the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Settings and scroll down to Social logins.
- Tap Connect next to the Facebook, Google, or Apple account you want to link to.
- Follow the steps when prompted to confirm the login details.
Once confirmed, you'll see a message letting you know your account has been successfully connected.
