In this lesson, I'll walk you through all the ways you can update your appointments, including how to edit, cancel, and reschedule. So let's start with the basics; rescheduling and editing.
Fresha has simple rescheduling options, so you can easily change the time, date, or team member of an appointment. To reschedule, pick a new date and time within the appointment or drag and drop it to a new slot like this.
If you want to move the appointment to another time or team member outside of your current view, open the appointment and reschedule using quick actions. You can update the status here, including canceling appointments or if the client doesn’t show up, you can mark them as a no-show. There are also other status options available to help you stay organized.
If you need to change any other appointment details, like the booked services or the prices, just click on the existing appointment and select the service. Here, you can adjust the service, price, preferred team member, or even add extra time if needed. Once applied, these changes will be reflected instantly in your calendar.
