Make rebooking effortless by setting up repeat appointments for your regular clients.
Recurring appointments make it easy to keep your regular clients coming back without the hassle of rebooking each time. In this lesson, we'll go over how to create these appointments, so your loyal clients are always taken care of.
Let’s set one up!
Start by opening your calendar and creating an appointment as usual by selecting a time, service, and client. By default, the appointment will be set to "Doesn’t Repeat" below the date. Click on this to open the repeat options.
Here, you can choose how often the appointment should repeat and decide how long you’d like the series to continue. Once you’ve set the frequency, apply the changes. A series of appointments will be created and added to your calendar.
The best part? Clients will only receive a confirmation email when their next appointment is coming up, keeping notifications relevant.
If a client needs to reschedule or cancel a specific appointment, you can do so without affecting the entire series. Just click on the appointment and make the change as usual, selecting the option to update only that appointment.
And that’s it! You're all set with recurring appointments. We’ll handle the scheduling for you, saving you time and ensuring your client always has their spot.
