Start by opening your calendar and selecting an available time slot to create an appointment. Use the search bar to quickly find a service or select one from the service list. You can add as many services as you'd like by clicking here and repeating the steps. You can easily adjust the time and date up here. Making changes is simple, you can edit or remove services with just a couple of clicks.
For full flexibility, you can customize each service by adjusting prices, applying discounts, assigning team members, or adding extra time. Choose an existing client or create a new one on the spot. You'll instantly see key details about the client, like aliases, memberships, or any alerts staff should know about.
If you need to include any appointment-specific details, go to Quick Actions to add a note. Notes are only visible to your team, giving you complete privacy when managing important details. Once everything's ready, hit save.
