After months of work, we have officially launched Service Portfolio, a brand-new feature that transforms your Marketplace profile into a living, shoppable gallery, where every image you upload is a direct invitation to book with your business.

You already have space to share images of your venue, but we wanted to bridge the gap between casual strollers and booked clients even further. Now, this industry-leading feature provides you with a dedicated space for images of your services, so clients can see your work before they even walk through the door. Think of this as your very own moodboard, where you can boast about you and your team’s work, and help clients visualise what you do, whether that’s in a hair salon, nail studio, barbershop or massage parlour.

What can you do with your Service Portfolio?

Your curated Service Portfolio works to attract clients, showcase your style, and convert inspiration straight into bookings. 

Showcase your skills

Your portfolio is there to highlight the work that makes your business stand out.  Upload images of your treatments, styles, and results to show clients exactly what you’re capable of. Whether it’s precision cuts, detailed nail art or glowing skin treatments, your portfolio becomes a visual showcase of your expertise. 

As potential clients browse your profile, these images help them understand your aesthetic, build trust in your skills, and feel confident booking your services. 

Turn inspiration into instant bookings 

With Service Portfolio, your images don’t just inspire clients, they guide them straight to booking. 

Tag each image with the service it represents, and it will display a Book Now button, allowing clients to go directly from seeing a look they love to booking the exact service that created it. 

Your images will also appear alongside your services when clients browse your menu, helping them visualise results and choose the treatment that’s right for them. 

It’s the shortest distance between inspiration and action. 

Showcase your team’s talent 

Your portfolio doesn't just highlight services; it can showcase the people behind them. 

When team members upload images to their individual professional portfolios, those images automatically appear under Team Portfolio on your Marketplace profile. Clients can explore the full range of talent within your business before booking. 

From your Online Profile Content Settings, you can choose which team members’ images appear on your Marketplace profile. Here, you can spotlight standout stylists in your team, introduce a new member, or rotate the selection seasonally. 

Your Service Portfolio is a living lookbook that keeps working for your business. The more images you add, the easier it becomes for clients to turn inspiration into a booking.
