I’ve been to this Japanese head spa a number of times and have always had a lovely experience, but my most recent visit was especially wonderful. Anri was absolutely amazing, and made the whole experience so relaxing from start to finish. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Definitely one of the best treatments I’ve had here. I’ll absolutely be back!

I highly recommend a head spa at M Kami Japanese Head Spa. I went to the Balwyn spa and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. My Deluxe spa treatment was sensational and put me into deep relaxation mode. Anri was excellent, skillful and friendly. She took great care during my 70 minute session which included choosing my preferred scent for my massage. It was my first head spa experience but certainly won’t be my last. Thank you for making me feel like I was floating on a cloud.
