I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

I had such an amazing experience at the head spa! The entire one-and-a-half-hour session was incredibly thorough, and you can really tell how much care and attention goes into every step. Where do I start? I booked the 2 hour experience with Fadz and didn’t really read too much into it but wowee, it exceeded any expectations I had for my time at Kutsurogi. Starting with an incredible massage- Fadz really got onto my shoulders where I hold all my stress and tension- and then onto the spa element which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The tools used created such lovely sensations and I think I nodded off at the end because it was so relaxing. It’s safe to say I’m a fan for life and will be back again and again. Thank you Fadz!

It was a nice and relaxing experience. However, I would have liked the pressure to be more firm for the head/neck/shoulder/arm and foot massage part of it. I felt like the strokes were done about 3-4 times and then moved on but it would have been nice to have more strokes. I'm not sure if my face was properly washed before the facial either. I would have preferred a more specific and detailed facial, and head/neck/shoulder massage and to skip the arm and feet part which didn't really do much for me unfortunately.

Wow, what can I say! My first visit in the newly renovated Face Your Brows salon and I truly loved it all! Comfortable waiting room, greeted with warm smiles, tucked in under a heated blanket, fresh hot coffee on its way.. and all before the amazingly talented Kafa has even touched my brows!! I also added on a scalp massage and it did not disappoint! Do yourself a FAVOUR and add-on! The best!! Who would have thought I could leave a brow appointment so relaxed. Thank-you Kafa!
