It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. Claire has restored my face with a classic facial not sure how cheeks get so knotted along with shoulders and also was kind enough to air/dry my clothes out where I got caught in the rain ! Lovely lady ❤️ caring

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. Such a luxurious facial and massage experience - I feel thoroughly pampered, super relaxed, and loved every minute of these treatments. By far the best facial and massage experience I've had from any salon in the Folkestone/Cheriton area.

Viktoriia was aware I had problems with my knee. When I arrived she had a knee pad for me to rest on. Her care has gone beyond any professional I have encountered. Enough said my eyebrows and waxing of upper lip was perfect. Thank you.

I was 38 weeks pregnant at the time and having a sweep the next day so needing booking in somewhere quick! This was the only available place but will now be my regular. The moment I stepped through the door Stacey was nothing but accommodating- the temperature of the room, the extra pillow on the bed, getting to know my history, using 2 different waxing methods to make sure I get a proper wax without damaging skin at all due to tougher hair and extra blood whilst pregnant. Lovely lady, made me feel so comfortable and I came away feeling amazing! So relaxed and cannot wait for my next!

It was an excellent eyelash lift and tint , Jade was friendly and professional and showed me how i could shape my eyebrows l to enhance my face . . I will definitely be back !!

AMAZING. had the best pamper day. So well looked after by Jade and the radiance team. Took fantastic care of me and made my birthday so special. Felt like a new woman when I left! Had a wonderful massage followed by a hydrating facial anthen pedi and mani and now they do hair too. Trim and blow out for a fabulous birthday treat. HIGHLY recommend!

Second time booking w Sophie , did classic eye extension infills and brow wax , ngl my eyelashes and brows are on FLEEEEKKK all thanks to beautiful soph. She’s the sweetest person who always goes the extra mile to make sure her customer leaves feeling good about themselves.
