I walked out swishing my hair feeling great thanks to the lovely Lemana, a lovely relaxed salon, everyone is just lovely and friendly, thank you and if you find many salons over stimulating and often leave with a headache, you won't from here!

I’ve been going to The Knott for five years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s a quirky little salon with the most amazing staff who go above and beyond for you and make you feel welcome and special. Always offered drinks and biscuits. I have Becca do my hair and Claire tends to my eyebrows. Both are excellent and I’d be lost without them! Kerry is very warm and welcoming and professional about the salon and it’s kept tidy and comfortable. I love my visits there as I can switch off and relax and also watch some of the amazing creations from the other stylists. I highly recommend!

My daughter finds hair salons stressful and doesn’t like having her hair cut. Lucy completely put my daughter at ease and really listened to her. Her hair looks amazing and my daughter came away with a positive experience.

My absolute favourite salon of all time! Lemana is the only person I will let touch my hair, she does a 10/10 job every time. The salon is warm and welcoming, and the last time I visited they even had Pippa, their gorgeous resident salon dog in 💖 Super relaxed vibes while getting a pamper - perfect! 👌🏻

After being told how amazing The Knot was I’ve now had two cuts by two different girls and have been thrilled both times. I’ve always hated getting my hair cut by new people but never again, I’ve finally found a salon I can feel completely relaxed entering and really listened to. I’ve told everyone I know to try this little heard of salon. Word of mouth is their best advertising as their dedication to their clients needs is paramount. I’m NEVER going anywhere else again! 🙂

Lovely friendly staff, they were all warm welcoming and chatty. Very relaxed atmosphere I the salon which is decorated with taste and style. As for my hair, I had a head of foils, colour and a haircut which was expertly done . I’m extremely pleased with it and will definitely be returning 😋

Amazing experience. Hayley is so skilled, and knowledgeable in her field and after 2 years of green hair, 2 appointments later she has only gone and done it - i have achieved beautiful baby blonde hair. Not only am I in love with my hair but I am in love with her as a person. I feel like I have known her forever and her salon feels homely.

If I could give it 100 stars, I would. I am in town for a wedding and needed pre bridesmaid hair and I wish it was my local hairdresser. My extremely curly hair is soft, straight and smooth and the atmosphere of the salon is welcoming and inviting and homely. If I’m in Kent again, I will definitely be back!

I came in for a blowdry with Kerry. Always a friendly and welcoming salon. Like home from home. Blowdry was amazing and I also came away with a hydrating shampoo as my hair is so dry and brittle. Thank you Kerry x

Such a lovely salon with a professional but relaxed feel. I always see Maisie, she is amazing with cutting and colour and always talks you through the process and what will work best for you hair. I can't recommend her enough.

Claire is the eyebrow queen! Makes me feel very comfortable and knows what to advise. Very happy with my new eyebrows. Having my haircut with Nikita is brilliant. She is so lovely and friendly and very skilled. The whole atmosphere in the salon is warm and relaxed. I left yesterday feeling happy and transformed and as if I had some proper 'me' time! Lucy cut my daughter’s hair and did an amazing job. Lucy is kind, friendly and produced a lovely cut on my daughter. The salon always has a fantastic atmosphere and they are always very welcoming. Hayley has cut my hair for the last 4 years and is patient and great. She listens, advises and always ensures I leave with great hair! I would 100% recommend this salon to everyone. My daughter and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
