I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. Claud was welcoming, professional and knowledgable. Ive never had a lash lift before but I felt completely at ease throughout the entire treatment and my lashes look unreal - I can’t believe they’re my real lashes!! I couldn’t recommend her more, I will definitely be back.

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. My first visit to Hayley wasn’t nothing shy of the best! A wonderful atmosphere, she is so welcoming and I’ve finally found a lash lady that is incredible at doing exactly what I want, I’ve also not trusted anyone with my brows for years and I’ve left feeling so happy with the treatments I had done. Cannot recommend Hayley enough! Please check her out if you can ❤️

Excellent eyebrow wax and tint. My first time so didn’t have a clue what to expect. Outcome was natural and really impressed with the results. Stacey explained the whole procedure. I’m really fussy and was chuffed with the results. That impressed I’ve already rebooked. Highly recommend.

I had a lash tint and lift with Jade today. She did an amazing job with them, I’m really pleased. Radiance is a lovely place to get pampered. Staff are all pleasant and friendly. Jade was very professional, in all manners. She made me feel relaxed, was really lovely and friendly and also happy to share advice on future treatments. Thank you Jade.

Sophie is, and will always be, the brow queen! I turn up with the messiest grown out brows and leave feeling perfect! Can’t recommend enough 💖

Really great,eyes look absolutely amazing after a lash tint and perm

It was brilliant I went into to see if there was any chance that I could have a lash lift and tint. Hayley went out of her way to fit me in before my birthday. I am so happy with the results ....
