Hayley is so skilled, and knowledgeable in her field and after 2 years of green hair, 2 appointments later she has only gone and done it - i have achieved beautiful baby blonde hair. Not only am I in love with my hair but I am in love with her as a person. I feel like I have known her forever and her salon feels homely.

I came in for a blowdry with Kerry. Always a friendly and welcoming salon. Like home from home. Blowdry was amazing and I also came away with a hydrating shampoo as my hair is so dry and brittle. Thank you Kerry x

Such a lovely salon with a professional but relaxed feel. I always see Maisie, she is amazing with cutting and colour and always talks you through the process and what will work best for you hair. I can't recommend her enough.

Claire is the eyebrow queen! Makes me feel very comfortable and knows what to advise. Very happy with my new eyebrows. Having my haircut with Nikita is brilliant. She is so lovely and friendly and very skilled. The whole atmosphere in the salon is warm and relaxed. I left yesterday feeling happy and transformed and as if I had some proper 'me' time! I absolutely love everything about The Knott salon. It’s comfortable, clean and has the most wonderful staff. I’ve been using Nikita for a little over a year now and I’ll never change my hairdresser. She listens, advises and is such a fantastic colourist. She’s an absolute angel 😇 plus the tea is very good too.

I had a great experience. Kerry is amazing and does such a great job. She manages to blend my gray hair with a blond so well and I leave feeling like I look years younger! I highly recommend her and she also did an incredible job for my mother's transformation from dark brunette to her natural silver - a process that took months, but she knew what she was doing and had been recommended by another hairdresser as being an expert on color. Fabulous results! :)

Aside from Jade, the salon itself was equally as welcoming. Great time has been taken to provide a comfortable, relaxed ambience and the service was honestly as great as the end cut. My hair looked like an early 19th century mattress inner had exploded, yet I left looking like a lady. She’s nothing short of a genius. I’ve spent a decade with trial and error, and have FINALLY discovered her mastery and skill. No looking back.

This is the third time Jade has cut and coloured my hair, and I couldn't be happier! It's taken me years to find someone with the skills to cut my long curly hair, as it's not easy! But Jade nailed it with a total restyle that knocks years off me and has been easy to maintain with minimal effort! Her beautiful new studio is in a stunning setting and the chat between us has never been the superficial 'small talk' one usually receives.. she's never asked me where I'm going on holiday, so refreshing 😆!!
