Delia actually did a good job however I’m giving a 3 star Ok because after waiting 1/2 an hour after my appointment time she didn’t do the second top coat. Result 1 of my nails has a scratch mark and another has chipped at the bottom. This has not occurred previously when I have a second top coat. Delia did give me a sample bottle of cuticle oil to make up for the delay which was nice. She was meticulous with applying colour so the rating is just about the fact that skipping a step has resulted in a scratch and chip that I’m unable to go back to get fixed before going away.

Hi Carolyn, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and for acknowledging the care I took with your nails. I sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet the standard you expected. While I provided cuticle oil as a small gesture for the inconvenience, I understand that it does not make up for the issue with the finished result. I truly appreciate your comments, as they help me improve my service and ensure this does not happen again. If there is anything I can do to assist when you return, please feel free to contact me directly. I would love the opportunity to make things right. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and I wish you a wonderful trip. Kind regards, Delia
