Tess was so happy to do a perm for me. It was an amazing atmosphere. I have short hair, and from all places we looked at, they don't do perms, glad we found Tess. Love the service so much. My perm turned out pretty great! Will send my wife to do her hair to Tess too!

I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

Stacy is is the best! She takes her time and is wonderful at what she does. Today I had a cut and body wave. My hair turned out perfect. I have a full head of thick hair and I'm blessed that I do. I highly recommend Stacy for your hair needs whatever they may be. Everyone have a blessed day! ❤️

I originally went there for a digital perm, but Aron did his due diligence and told me that my hair is too damaged for it and if I went through with the perm, I would end up with a frizzy mess. I then asked him for a haircut idea that would get rid of some of the damaged hair. He gave me a beautiful layered haircut as well as hair styling tips and demo. This is the first time in a while that I’ve absolutely loved my new haircut immediately. Thank you for your patience in explaining everything to me and for your genius in giving me this stunning haircut, Aron!

I had such a great experience! I went to get my nails done and ended up also finding a solution for my hair. I got a very effective treatment for frizz and a beautiful haircut and styling. It’s the first time I am this happy with the way my hair looks right after a treatment and cut. They listened to my needs, respected my preferences and we arrived to the perfect look. I had a wonderful experience with Satoko. My hair used to feel dry and a bit frizzy, but after the treatment the texture improved so much — it's noticeably softer and shinier now. The color is beautiful too, very natural and sophisticated rather than the harsh look you sometimes get from dyeing. Satoko is professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend! I am super happy with my hair perm! Vanessa recommended cold perm for my hair texture and the technician did an excellent job giving my hair a vibrant look, bouncy curls and good volume to my super fine and dry hair. Super super happy customer!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my second time here and I’m so glad I found my stylist! Kent is amazing with curly hair. My hair is usually poofy and frizzy, but he cuts it so well that it stays defined and easy to manage. Even without blow dry, my curls still look good. Hard to find someone who truly understands curly hair I’ll definitely stick with Kent! highly recommend! ✨

I had such a great experience. I’ve always struggled to find a hairdresser who understands curly hair (and avoids the dreaded “triangle” shape), so I usually feel quite nervous — but Patsy put me completely at ease. She’s lovely, really knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my hair. I was sceptical about the treatment she recommended, but it’s made such a difference — my curl pattern now goes all the way down and looks so much healthier. So happy I’ve finally found someone I trust with my curls.

I am beyond happy with my perm! The result is exactly what I wanted—beautiful, natural-looking curls with great shape and volume. I had a wash, blow-dry and curls for New Year’s Eve and Kyra did an amazing job! I have three rows of weft extensions and naturally frizzy, coarse hair, and it was clear the salon specialises in hair extensions. Kyra handled my hair beautifully — it was smooth, bouncy and held its curls perfectly all night. She was professional, lovely and incredibly skilled. I felt so confident walking out and highly recommend!

Ann siempre acierta con el color que me gusta, aunque llegue con el pelo decolorado por el sol o la piscina. Además el corte de pelo también me encanta. Llevaba mucho tiempo buscando un sitio donde cortaran el pelo rizado en seco y, por fin, lo encontré. Y la definición es perfecta: los rizos están muy trabajados y quedan bien definidos, pero el aspecto general es muy natural, rizos definidos pero suaves y con movimiento. 👌🏻♥️
