We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. I had my first ever wax experience December 31,2021 and trust me the therapist was patient and he did an excellent job. I definitely would recommend waxing because when I went in for second appointment 9/2/2022 the therapist was suprised with the minimal new growth. 10/10 will recommend

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my visit. The nail technician who did my nails was professional, attentive, and very friendly. I also had a facial wax done, and the process was smooth, gentle, and virtually pain-free. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be returning. 10/10 experience!

I'm still amazed at how smooth the process was! The area was clean and Ruth-Ann made sure I was comfortable before doing anything. I felt safe the entire time and left feeling amazing!! I don't know if it was pain killers that kicked in or just how the wax was done but it wasn't as painful as I was anticipating. I'll definitely be going back 😊
