I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! Xen is an absolute lifesaver. Been trying out different places for a while and this. is. the. one. Cannot recommend enough - also unbelievably easy to communicate with, ensures your comfort at all times. I have a muscular spasm that has been acting up more than usual and Xen literally gave me movement back that I haven’t had in a month. No pain, somehow just intuitively knows what needs what. Magic is real!

I’ve had the most amazing massage every time I have visited KS Therapies. I have neck and shoulder pain, and a deep tissue massage always makes it better. Both relaxing but also targets the areas that are sore and eases any tension. Highly recommend!

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

Margaret is amazing! I would have written my review sooner but I fell asleep after our session. I went for the deep tissue massage and throughout Margaret would check in on me on the pressure she used and the technique she would be using. Before the massage started Margaret asked where my problem areas were to ensure the massage was tailored to my needs and at the end recommended a timeline of when to come back and what massage would suit best next time. This is my second time coming to Margaret and although it’s been some time since appointments she remembered me which was very comforting.

This was my first visit. I had a neck, shoulder & back massage followed by a lymphatic drainage facial. A fantastic experience. I had a bad crick in my neck but when my treatment was finished even my feet felt better! I would definitely go again.

I come to Margaret regularly for massage and she works her magic to remove the tension and pain. She always checks that the pressure is acceptable and will work to whatever level her clients request.
