I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! Xen is an absolute lifesaver. Been trying out different places for a while and this. is. the. one. Cannot recommend enough - also unbelievably easy to communicate with, ensures your comfort at all times. I have a muscular spasm that has been acting up more than usual and Xen literally gave me movement back that I haven’t had in a month. No pain, somehow just intuitively knows what needs what. Margaret is amazing! I would have written my review sooner but I fell asleep after our session. I went for the deep tissue massage and throughout Margaret would check in on me on the pressure she used and the technique she would be using. Before the massage started Margaret asked where my problem areas were to ensure the massage was tailored to my needs and at the end recommended a timeline of when to come back and what massage would suit best next time. This is my second time coming to Margaret and although it’s been some time since appointments she remembered me which was very comforting.
