I had a back, shoulder and neck massage which was amazing didn't realise just how much tension I was carrying. I felt nice and relaxed afterwards. I also got gel nails and a hand massage my nails are a nice summer blue colour

I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

I had the best sew-in I’ve ever received at Pamoja. She was so kind and professional, and the atmosphere felt warm and homely — I was completely at ease. It was just the two of us and honestly, we were the dream team people spend years looking for. The style is flawless, not too tight, beautifully cut and finished, and such great value for the quality. I’ve just moved from London and this will definitely be my regular salon. 2hr lymphatic body and facial massage with Nicole was absolutely incredible. The facial massage was the best I have ever had. The bed was heated and so comfortable. Nicole was welcoming and friendly I felt instantly comfortable and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

The TMJ/jaw treatment has already made a difference. Konstantine took loads of time to carefully explain the anatomy and what causes the issue than worked on my upper back, neck, chest face and then some work inside my mouth. He kept checking in to ensure I was comfortable and responded swiftly. He is sensitive and responsive as well as highly competent. I have had regular treatments before for my neck and back and trust him implicitly. I wouldn't have confidence to go to anyone else with this jaw issue.
