I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

Xen is an absolute lifesaver. Been trying out different places for a while and this. is. the. one. Cannot recommend enough - also unbelievably easy to communicate with, ensures your comfort at all times. I have a muscular spasm that has been acting up more than usual and Xen literally gave me movement back that I haven’t had in a month. No pain, somehow just intuitively knows what needs what. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon.
