I had a back, shoulder and neck massage which was amazing didn't realise just how much tension I was carrying. I felt nice and relaxed afterwards. I also got gel nails and a hand massage my nails are a nice summer blue colour

I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

I had the best sew-in I’ve ever received at Pamoja. She was so kind and professional, and the atmosphere felt warm and homely — I was completely at ease. It was just the two of us and honestly, we were the dream team people spend years looking for. The style is flawless, not too tight, beautifully cut and finished, and such great value for the quality. I’ve just moved from London and this will definitely be my regular salon. Highly recommend in Glasgow!

I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! Had the most wonderful first trip here, left feeling light as an actual feather after the best head haven experience, 100% i'll be back!

Xen is an absolute lifesaver. Been trying out different places for a while and this. is. the. one. Cannot recommend enough - also unbelievably easy to communicate with, ensures your comfort at all times. I have a muscular spasm that has been acting up more than usual and Xen literally gave me movement back that I haven’t had in a month. No pain, somehow just intuitively knows what needs what. Magic is real!

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

I suffer from tech neck and know my posture is poor, so it's no surprise that I suffer pain in my upper back and shoulders. I come to Margaret regularly for massage and she works her magic to remove the tension and pain. She always checks that the pressure is acceptable and will work to whatever level her clients request. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment ☺️

Had sore neck and shoulder, Margaret used her skills to diagnose the problem and massaging my neck and shoulders has helped alleviate the pain that was caused by my shoulder muscles tension. Would heartedly recommend the process for anyone else that has been suffering with the same ailments.. Will definitely be back again if need further remedial treatment

My mum who is usually a nervous person, felt at ease straight away and thoroughly enjoyed her massage. Will definitely be back.

I highly recommend Margaret for any and all available treatments. Lovely relaxing atmosphere in a spotlessly clean place. I left with none of the tension in my back and shoulders that I went in with 😊
