Abbey is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and passionate about what she does. She always prioritises my comfort throughout every treatment. I go here for laser hair removal, facials, and all my beauty needs. My recent laser session and carbon facial left my skin looking beautifully hydrated and glowing. Like many, I was overwhelmed at where to start - it had been years since I'd followed a proper treatment plan w/ products tailored to me, rather than just whatever looked cool in Mecca. So I booked a consult & facial with the lovely Kame. She simplified everything - products, treatment & plan - and explained what was actually happening w/ my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and my skin was glowing after. She addressed my aging concerns & dermatitis with real care. Already booked my follow up & can't wait to go back!

I had the bereavement massage, it was a safe space to talk freely then the massage after being in my head for a while, I actually fell asleep!
