I’m so happy I could cry! My hairdresser of 15 years is retiring. So I have tried so many places and none of them even compared until today. I actually found somewhere better at ‘Oh, so straight’. The staff are so friendly and so gentle. My hair looks and feels amazing. I have very difficult hair (I am mixed race with frizzy, curly but very fine hair) and it didn’t faze them at all. My baby hairs are impossible, so hard to straighten but they did it with ease. They are straightening professionals! Without a doubt the best straightening service in London and the South East.

I absolutely loved the haircut and blow dry from KAPIL! He’s a gem and an artist! The cut he gave me was just what I wanted and could not have asked for a better look. Also little things like not selling any other service and genuine interest in what I explained about my hair was really impressive! It's great to find a hair stylist you can trust. I've been getting my hair done by Kapil for nearly five years and know I can rely on him to understand what I want and do a great job time after time. What's more, he is that rarest of finds - a fantastic hair stylist in London who doesn't charge the earth. I almost don't want to leave this 5 star review in case it makes it harder to get an appointment! But he definitely deserves it.

I recently got a short pixie cut on my afro hair, and my Keratin treatment was done to perfection! After struggling to find a place that could handle my hair type (and length), this team exceeded all expectations. It’s hard to find someone who truly understands afro hair with such professionalism and quality. The staff are warm, welcoming, and skilled, making the experience even better. The salon is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. I traveled from the US for this, and it was worth it. I 100% recommend it to anyone (they do all hair types!)

I had a haircut along with a hair colour at Kapil's. Had a great experience with Rehana! She gave me an amazing haircut and coloured my hair beautifully. She was so generous, really listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the result, the colour looks lovely and the haircut suits me perfectly. My first time coming to this salon. The lady was lovely and explained to me the price breakdown. I explained my hair doesn’t normally hold curl so she kindly offered to hairspray it for me too in between curls. My hair looked amazing I am very happy!

Always a great experience with Valentina. Makes you feel relaxed and listens to your needs. She is also great at cutting hair. She gave me and my 5 year old daughter excellent Bob haircuts!

I had such a great experience at this private studio. As a hijabi, the privacy and comfort made such a big difference — it was so convenient and I felt completely at ease the whole time. Esma was amazing from start to finish. She helped me choose the right shades that suited my skin tone, and since it was my first time getting highlights, she explained everything clearly and made me feel confident. She also managed to get rid of my orange/copper tones and blended everything beautifully. I walked out feeling so happy with the result. Highly recommend her.
