Charity investigated and went above and beyond. Honestly could not recommend more! I had such a lovely experience, friendly, clean and my skin feels amazing after the facial. Lauren was fantastic, I have had a few Indian head massages and her was up there with one of the best. Her advice around my facial was amazing as I do suffer from cyst like spots on my chin which can be painful. She tailored my facial to ensure it wasn’t painful in anyway and home remedies to help with the pressure of spots. My friend was amazed at the price as she is also a key worker she will be booking in soon too. It’s worth every penny spent and just what I needed after a busy weekend at work. Today was a really productive session, thank u!The session started w/ a detailed outline of our goals & an inspiring vibe of my favorite songs being played☺️I was also amazed at how coach kept his composure & focused on our session despite the persistent disturbance & space cramping of the red-haired receptionist.When she left we had the space to expand our lessons & I enjoyed trying the new challenges of lifting.Thank u to coach & ate short black-haired receptionist for cheering & assisting me throughout!I also liked how my diet was discussed after,it was helpful.cold plunge was also best.ty!💜

I had a personalised 12 week meal plan with Kristy and it was life changing. The recipes were easy and delicious. She was super knowledgeable and gave me amazing advice on my journey to lose weight and feel better again. I totally recommend it.

I recently had an appointment at the nutritional clinic with Kara, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is an excellent listener who really takes the time to understand your needs and concerns. Karen not only explains the physiology behind the nutrition principles but also incorporates them into your daily life in a way that feels manageable and sustainable. It genuinely feels like I’m not on a strict diet; rather, I’m adopting a healthier lifestyle. I was thrilled to lose 2 kg in the first week .

I had my first body treatments with Serene Body and opted for the deluxe treatment plan so I could experience all of their machines. I’m honestly blown away by the results I saw straight away. Everything Antonela prepared me for regarding the post-treatment process happened exactly as she explained, which made me feel really confident and cared for.
