First time using Kats Claws to have my eyebrows waxed. Was made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as I stepped in. My concerns were taken into account and each step was explained to me. Mali was great. One of the best. I had a Tai oil massage and Mali concentrated on my lower back and neck where i had a lot of discomfort and tightness. After the massage i felt loose and the pain is much better. I will be going back again soon. Thank you Mali.
