Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

The insight swimming pool was lovely and warm, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a sports massage with Leo who was very knowledgeable, respectful, and lovely person to chat with while having my treatment done.

Another brilliant massage, working on my knees and feet this time. The best deep-tissue sports massage I’ve ever had.

Another excellent massage-Hoffman is brilliant. My sports massage got rid of all my knots and aches. Thank you!

Had my lips done by Rai today and wow… what a beautiful experience! 10/10 so delicate and gentle and they look incredible!- I came in with my “m” shaped lips and she evened them out which has helped my insecurity and now I feel so much more confident! Rai also waxed and tinted my brows I’ve left the salon with a beautiful shape and a stunning colour on top! Thank you so much💞💞💞
