I've just returned home from a pamper package consisting of back, neck, shoulder massage, mini facial, Indian head massage.... and I think I am the most relaxed I've ever been! Hayley is wonderful! I've been a customer of the beauty room for 20 years, and I've never been disappointed with any of the treatments I've had. This was supposed to be a monthly pay day treat... but honestly, that was the best massage I've ever had. I can't wait another month, so have already booked my next one :)

I’ve been here a few times now. Minty is a fantastic masseur and really works hard on stubborn knots caused by stress. This time I was lucky enough to have Tanya work on me and she was just as good if not better! Such a lovely lady we spoke about meditation and her experience in Thai massage was second to none. I highly recommend this place if you want a very very good Thai deep or relaxing massage

Always a Brilliant massage with Hayley, I am doing a course of lymphatic drainage massages on my arm, after having arm surgery and I genuinely believe it has helped enhance my healing process much quicker, I have seen a noticeable improvement overall and would highly recommend anyone to have lymphatic drainage massage, not only if you have had an operation but just in general I think it’s really good for your overall lymphatic drainage system, health and well being, especially in the January month it’s good to combine it with your health kick regime.

Amazing massage, really lovely lady, kind and makes you feel at ease straight away. I had Vaser Liposuction on my arms and needed to find someone that does lymphatic drainage messages. Without doubt one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been suffering from really bad neck pain for months. Minty was incredible - she knew exactly where to focus to eliminate the knots I had, and even though it was really painful she did such a good job. Beautiful spa. Lots of lovely little touches to make the experience really special. My sauna and delicious juice were just what I needed and my massage was absolutely fantastic ☺️

As always a friendly but professional experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bournemouth Sports Massage to anyone.

Clean and lovely facilities. Had a much needed and really relaxing swedish massage that was done really well.

Soooooo relaxing. A perfect sauna and cold experience, followed by an amazing massage with Luisa. The juices that Ellie makes are super special too. I feel amazing!

Nisa was very helpful throughout the deep tissue massage, asked which areas to focus on and even brought up anything I was not aware of that needed extra attention, all while showing great skill and knowledge, resulting in feeling much better afterwards and many of the tight/knotted muscles to be relieved, especially in my neck, back and shoulders. I was also given advice on how to help prevent them tightening up again. Overall I was very happy with the treatment, and would definitely recommend to anyone, I'm sure I'll be back again in the future.

As always I come away feeling so much better than when I arrived, Jason as ever very professional but there’s a sense of humour there if you need to be relaxed, difficult visiting someone new for treatment the first time but no worries at Bournemouth Sports Massage…I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
