I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

The sports massage was above expectations. Bilal was very informative and explained things really well. Definitely worked hard to remove muscle tension and some stubborn knots. Feeling a bit tender today but I know will be worth it. I Highly recommend, and will be back.

Well what can I say the massage was amazing and Henri was great, he made sure to ask what of there is any specific areas I wanted doing during it and he catered to my specific needs very well indeed. I would highly recommend Henri. He knows exactly what he is doing and is a trained sports massage therapist. Looking forward to next time.

I had my first sports massage and cupping session at Clinic31, and it was incredible! Fares was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The sports massage really worked out the tension in my muscles, and the cupping was a unique experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

I usually have a deep tissue massage but yesterday was in too much pain so opted for a relaxing massage. - I fell asleep as soon as I got home for a solid 2 hours and slept like a log all night. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage !
