I had my eye lash extension , brow tinting and shaping by the very owner Nilima. Where do I begin with. First of all the place has got a nice tidy vibe. The staff is extremely well behaved. Nilima is the real boss lady with full of positive energy. Shes very gentle in client handling. She strived for him satisfaction. And I extremely loved talking to him during the services. I felt feeling very happy and truly pampered. I think I will be coming here very often now🙂 best wishes to Nilima and team for the nice job they have put in to make this place stand out.

Amazing ! , I had to try to rearrange my appointment at short notice , Dimple couldn’t of been more helpful . I’m a regular customer and have been now for sometime , I’ve been having lash extentions for a long time now and used many lash technicians , I would never go anywhere else . My lashes look perfect every single time. When I have my waxing and tinting again perfect .

I booked for a full set of hybrids and couldn’t be happier. I love Kelly’s attention to detail. She’s the only nail artist I’ve had taking time making sure the cuticles are trimmed etc before applying my colour. My nails feel truly pampered! I visited another salon as a one off recently because Kelly was fully booked. I was in and out in 30 mins and my nails looked scruffy with no attention to my cuticles etc. After a week they looked a mess! Will make sure I book in advance with Kelly so i don’t have to go somewhere else!

Huge thank you to Gagan for fixing my hair after my colour going wrong. I left feeling so much more confident. Couldn’t recommend her enough for being patient, professional and so talented x

Amazing service. I was skeptical getting my hair dyed after YEARS of box dyes. Im glad I did my research and chose House of Karchier. Saima the hairstylist was amazing, we talked through color schemes and cuts. Just visited brow box. Was travelling for work and meeting was cancelled last minute so decided to book some me time in. Place is super easy to find really near the main station. Had a massage, pedicure and eyelashes was a wonderful experience- lovely attentive staff, excellent service. Very happy with everything thank you!
