I went for a haircut and blow dry and it was worth travelling an hour to this studio. Such warm and lovely people. Kate did my haircut and she exactly knew what I wanted and also guided me throughout on what might look good and how to maintain further. She is also so amazing to chat with and her years of experience and professionalism shows in her styling and service. Also, compared to millions of other “best in Melbourne” well known termed salons I tried, stardust studio was actually worth it and was budget friendly. I will be back every time I need a new me look💖😊

I’ve been coming to Hair by Hong, Oakleigh for over a year now and this is the only salon I come to while living in Melbourne. I have pretty thin Asian-style hair and I personally feel this is the only place who understands how to handle and cut my hair to my style/taste! My hairstylist is Bella, and she is amazing, always knows what I need! My experience has always been fantastic- from the front of house greetings, hair washed, and cut. It has been nothing short of professional and I always feel welcome. Such a friendly, comfortable, chic, & professional ambience and team!

Jasmine is a fabulous hairdresser. Technically her cutting and colouring is very high level but more importantly she really listens to what you want. Nethra was amazing, she helped me decide on the style I wanted and took into consideration my personal preferences really well, opting for balayage instead of full head highlights as it is lower maintenance for me which I love. I found it easy to book an appointment with Chloe. While her apprentice washed my hair he was fun to chat and gave me a great head massage at the end of washing my hair. I have very fine hair and lots of hairdressers find it difficult to style. Chloe found photos for me to look at to decide what I wanted and then cut my hair into the perfect style. She was friendly and easy to chat to while she worked. I live on the Sunshine Coast in Qld and am in Melbourne to visit my family. I will definitely be booking in for a haircut with Chloe when I next visit Melbourne.
