This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

I had my first deep tissue massage experience with Margaret who is excellent. I felt the experience rivaled some of the best holidays I've had.For that hour, the serenity, combined with the aromas and the carful but deliberate pressure applied to the muscles felt amazing. I was transported away :) as she worked through each motion. I highly recommend her. Cannot wait for my next session.

Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. Both of them did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. Not to mention there are a range of curated hair products that I always use to keep my hair in great condition. I was greeted by Daniel in the lobby. He verified my treatments I requested and served me a very refreshing tea. The treatments started and I was positively surprised by the level of hospitality as well as massage techniques. Usually I try to follow the therapists’ technique and style, Daniel made me disconnect quickly, so that I could enjoy in all peace and tranquility the massages. After the massage therapy he remained very professional and offered me water and a shower. So I was glad that I took the full package and had the best 2h of the day.

I had a Hammam Spa Rituals treatment with Valentino and Philip. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable session, with new experiences like the wash and moisturiser followed by a relaxing massage. Before the massage starts, you are explained everything that will happen with its origin and also about add-on options that are available. The whole treatment went by so quickly. The setup is very neat, clean, and quiet. It is a highly recommended experience.
