Beautiful salon that’s very very clean. Lovely friendly staff. I booked a fullset acrylic with tips and gel polish and was told when paying that certain colours (bio) are an additional R70 which caught me off guard a bit seeings my booking did include gel polish.

It is always a lovely experience having my nails done my Jordan.. She does a perfect job!! Please may l recommend that you stock up on more modern and neutral classic colors.?l have been bringing my own nail polish and still paying Full Price. I really enjoyed my Gel Nails and Queen Pedi with Brenda, she did a wonderful job of my french mani. I love visiting BOA for my nails. However, I think BOA needs to invest in more exciting nail varnish colours, if you look at Sorbet's nail varnish, they have a much larger selection. I also think BOA should sell nail polish.

My experience with Stefanie was phenomenal. She’s a rare gem. I had a manicure and pedicure done along with massages and by the time I left the spa all I wanted to do was take a nap. Thank you Spa at Banksia, I will definitely be back.

The salon was clean and comfortable. Lauren gave me thorough manicure and immaculate application of gel nails. She was very pleasant and the whole experience was enjoyable
