Daniela was fantastic - knew exactly what I wanted - small trim and then blow dry straight (as I have naturally curly hair). She was very professional and kept me informed of each stage of how she was going to trim before blow dry and then tidy up afterwards. Would fully recommend - Sequoia in Newbury has a wonderful calming atmosphere - and all the staff were so friendly.

Teresa spent a long time preparing the nails before applying gel varnish, showing me various colour samples. The finished effect was v neat with nails of an even length. As my birthday was soon approaching she pampered me with an extra hand treatment.

Thank you Olie and Lauren; after years with you at various locations you continue to be so creative and natural with your new expansions. I loved the Retreat and feel lucky to be able to visit you both there and at Sequoia Newbury.

Great first experience at Elcot Park Retreat and I really appreciated not feeling rushed. I left with a great hair cut which was just what I wanted hence the 5***** review. It’s a beautiful setting too so worth a ten minute drive from Newbury.

Super but assistants are needed for blow drys at Elcot if you are offering colours otherwise the service is not as good as the Newbury salon. Twice now told there isn’t time or capacity for a blow dry which is disappointing.

Fantastic experience as always! Beautiful gel manicure - great product and colour. I love my new look with the lash lift&tint. I wouln’t trust many people working around my eyes. I knew I will be in good hands with Amy. Thank you! X
