I have been going to Eliza for over 8 months now. I always walk in feeling comfortable and walk out looking glowy! Been going for microneedling, chemical peel, eyebrow wax & tint and an eyelash lift & tint. Whatever the process is I am obsessed with my results! I will forever be excited to go back!

Went to Maddie for HD brows. Maddie is very welcoming and friendly. I am so happy with my brows they look amazing. I have been to other eye brow salons and have never got the results I wanted. I now have perfect brows looking forward to my next appointment.

It’s such a friendly salon. Bryony is an absolute wizard when it comes to hair colouring. She really listens to what you want and is the first hairdresser to get my colour perfect every time. I highly recommend both her and the salon.

The more I visit this salon, the more I like it. Really understanding colour consultation with Ravenna, meaning I now have the colour I’ve always wanted. Excellent advice to hold off the highlights this time round, meaning healthier hair (and a less melted credit card). Wonderful cut with Jordan, fully understanding what I wanted. And they’re having a party on November 19th which sounds entirely brilliant. Can’t wait to come back - thanks all!

My first visit to The Retreat…lovely salon. I usually see Andrew at Sequoia in Newbury, he always cuts my hair beautifully. Will be returning to the retreat as it’s a very calm environment. See you in December!!

Great first experience at Elcot Park Retreat and I really appreciated not feeling rushed. I left with a great hair cut which was just what I wanted hence the 5***** review. It’s a beautiful setting too so worth a ten minute drive from Newbury.
