Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). Bella was incredible… by far the best Lash Technician I have been to in Cape Town… highly recommended.

This was my first at the Riverlands branch and I was really hoping that my experience would be different this time as I wasn't happy at the Rondebosch branch. Fortunate exceeded all my expectations. She's so sweet and has a gentle nature about her. She was extremely gentle with my hands. She takes her time yet she was thorough and efficient! I came for a pedicure at Boa Rondebosch many months ago while your branch in Claremont was being upgraded. Had a good experience at Boa Claremont this morning. Painting was neatly done.😀

I've had massages all over the world but nothing like today's with Origin Wellness. I did my research before booking, as I am on holiday in Cape Town. It was amazing and during the 90 minute massage I could feel that Rayhaana could feel the tension stored up in my body due to my lifestyle. I felt so much lighter afterwards and have booked in again before I leave. Cannot recommend highly enough. If I am ever back in Cape Town, I will definitely be back!

I just had to write a review about my experience with Tammy at Origin Wellness Spa in Cape Town. I booked a facial, massage, and manicure package, and Tammy took care of everything. First off, her facial technique was incredible - my skin felt completely refreshed and glowing afterward. Then the massage... wow. She found every knot and tension spot I didn't even know I had and worked them out perfectly. The manicure topped everything off beautifully, and Tammy was lovely to chat with throughout the entire session.

My nails are great, the nail artist did a great job. My only critique is the music. It’s a terrible play list (of course tastes differ) and it would be very welcome to come into an establishment that plays South African music. Not only to support local artists but also to create a more South African welcoming atmosphere. I came with friends visiting from Germany and they say they love Cape Town but would like more local music to be played. My take is with so many young/hip people working in the space it would make sense for them to create a playlist that is hipper and more relaxing for all.
