Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! My hair was feeling dry and damaged, but the treatment left it feeling soft, shiny, and full of life. The massage was so relaxing—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. The Blow Dry was styled exactly how I wanted, and I left the salon feeling amazing. I’m so grateful for this Blue Light Offer—it’s such a thoughtful way to treat those of us in frontline services. Recently booked in for deep tissue massage, facial , foot spa and a balayage. Massage was excellent especially after with three c sections! I felt brand new after. Foot spa and facial were good but - the facial broke me out badly (possibly might just been my skin being sensitive) and foot spa didn’t really help with any rough skin but definitely relaxing! Had my balayage with Charlotte and honestly Iv had so many compliments on my hair. Finally found a hairdresser who gives you exactly what you ask for and leaving your hair feeling healthy! Will definitely be retuning for my hair! 100%

Had an absolutely fabulous day at Halo. Got a neck back and shoulder massage which was incredible, then a wash and blow dry where I may have fell asleep cause it was so relaxing lol and finished off with makeup done by Kirsten which was gorgeous. Also special thank you to the ladies in the shop, when I arrived it turned out I had accidentally booked the wrong treatments but they were so accommodating and sorted me with what I wanted. I left feeling totally revived and will definitely be back 😊

I've never been to Serenity before and the staff were so welcoming when I came in. I would highly recommend Lauren's massage. It was very relaxed and she also made sure to focus on areas I had requested. Will definitely be back!

I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. I came out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely renewed from head to toe. If you’re thinking about booking this pamper… do it xx

I booked for a 1hr back neck and shoulder massage with Lauren and it was amazing I’ve never felt so relaxed. One thing I struggle with is finding a place to go that makes me feel comfortable and serenity definitely did that I will be back 1000%

I had the ‘ Glow Glass Skin Facial’ and ‘The Harmonize’ I went for the Back-neck-shoulder massage and Reiki. I’ve never had a professional massage before. I will 1000% be back again. I felt so relaxed, and my skin is literally glowing. Dawn was SO lovely and made me feel so comfortable. What a beautiful shop. Thankyou so much Dawn🫶🏻

Thoroughly enjoyed my lymphatic drainage massage this afternoon with added abdomen release treatment. Going to continue with the lymphatic drainage massages regularly and include a different additional treatment each time. Dawn is a font of knowledge and really knows her stuff. Eden has a relaxing and calming vibe and i left feeling great! Thank you x
